Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 4, 2026
This privacy policy applies only to navrainc.com as a marketing site for the upcoming NavraCare+ product. Separate policies will apply to NavraCare+ and other Navra products when they launch.
1. Introduction
Navra Inc. ("Navra," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at navrainc.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit the Site or sign up for launch notifications.
Navra Inc. is a Delaware C-corporation (formation pending). The Site is a marketing and informational website for an upcoming consumer healthtech mobile application called NavraCare+. The Site itself is not a product or service.
2. Information We Collect
The only personal information we collect through the Site is your email address, and only if you voluntarily submit it to our launch-notification signup form.
We do not collect:
- Payment information
- User account credentials
- Health, medical, or Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA
- Demographic, location, or behavioral data
- Information from cookies or trackers beyond what is essential for the Site to function
When you submit the signup form, our website host may automatically log standard request metadata (such as your IP address and browser user-agent) for security and abuse-prevention purposes. We do not use this metadata to identify you or build a profile of you.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the email addresses we collect for one purpose: to notify you when NavraCare+ becomes available, and to send a small number of related product updates if you remain on the list. We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address. We do not use it for marketing of any other product or service.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share your email address only with the following service providers, who process it on our behalf and only to deliver the service we have engaged them for:
- Resend — handles transactional and notification email delivery on our behalf.
- Vercel — hosts the Site and processes incoming form submissions.
- Google Workspace — provides Navra Inc.'s internal email infrastructure (e.g., the inbox at hello@navrainc.com).
Each of these providers is contractually obligated to handle data in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.
We may also disclose information if required by law, in response to valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Navra Inc. or others.
5. Cookies and Tracking
The Site uses essential cookies only — for example, to maintain your session if you submit the signup form, or to protect against abusive form submissions. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent before activating non-essential cookies.
6. Your Rights
We respect your rights over your personal information. To exercise any of the rights below, email us at hello@navrainc.com from the address you signed up with, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
6.1 If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Restrict or object to our processing
- Receive your information in a portable format (data portability)
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority
The legal basis for our processing of your email address is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us.
6.2 If you are a California resident (CCPA / CPRA)
You have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of your information (we do not sell or share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising, but you may still exercise this right)
- Non-discrimination for exercising your rights under California law
We do not sell personal information as defined by California law.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your email address from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and our service providers maintain their own security and compliance programs. No system, however, is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information to us, please contact hello@navrainc.com and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers by email where appropriate.
