Terms of Service

These terms apply only to navrainc.com as a marketing site for the upcoming NavraCare+ product. Separate terms will apply to NavraCare+ and other Navra products when they launch.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at navrainc.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site or to submit your email address for launch notifications. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of the Site

The Site is a marketing and informational website operated by Navra Inc. ("Navra," "we," "us," or "our") about an upcoming consumer healthtech mobile application called NavraCare+. The Site is not, by itself, a product or service. Its only interactive feature is an email signup form that lets you receive a notification when NavraCare+ becomes available. A separate B2B product, Navra for clinics, is also planned and will operate under its own HIPAA-compliant terms when it launches.

4. User Conduct

When you use the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent, automated, or non-consensual signups (including signing up other people without their permission)
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content or data from the Site by automated means
• Probe, scan, or test the Site for vulnerabilities, except in coordinated good-faith security research disclosed to us in advance at hello@navrainc.com
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Site
• Use the Site for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and visual design on the Site — including the Navra Inc. name, the Navra and NavraCare+ logos and marks, the diamond logo, the wordmark, the copy, and the underlying code — is owned by Navra Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except as permitted under applicable law (e.g., personal browsing, fair use).

The Site is provided for product information purposes only.

Nothing on this Site is medical advice. No content on the Site should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a clinician about your medications and your health.

The product features described on the Site relate to NavraCare+, an application that has not yet been released. The features, design, scope, pricing, and availability of NavraCare+ may change before launch and after, and we make no commitment that any particular feature will be made available.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Navra Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Navra Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, where Navra Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
